You will lead a sales team, conduct product presentations, visit customers, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities in private hospitals and government institutions.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience in Disposable Surgical Products Sales OR Rehabilitation Sales OR OEM Sales.
• Experience in hospital sales, doctor handling, distributor/dealer management and institutional sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business through hospitals, clinics, doctors, dealers and distributors.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, hospital purchase teams and administrators.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and territory-wise business plans.
