Job summary

V S SURGICALS in India is seeking a Field Sales Executive to visit hospitals, promote surgical and sterile medical products, and develop dealer networks across the region.

The role demands strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and a valid driving license. Freshers with sales aptitude may also be considered, with a fixed salary plus travel allowance and incentives.

Qualifications

• 14 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in medical/surgical products or healthcare sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be comfortable with field travel.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales ability may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, institutions, dealers and distributors.
• Generate new customers and sales enquiries.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote surgical and sterile medical products.
• Develop new dealers and institutional accounts.
• Follow up on quotations, orders and payments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit regular field visit and sales reports.
