• Identify and qualify potential clients by phone and on-site visits.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
• Inform customers about technology solutions offered.
• Track market pricing, products and schedules of competitors.
• Funnel audits to ensure adherence to market standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply them in daily work.
• Submit daily activity reports on customers, influencers, and meetings.

To enhance the market share .To impart basic training & new update shearing among dealer team, so as to provide customers with knowledge and skill. Apart from offtake & retail nos. , main focus to maximize customer acquisition from competition for visibility & growth in MS & revenue.

• Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, and referrals
• .Continual improvement in MS & retails volumes with dealer profitability
• .Participate in Business Networking Groups within assigned Territory
• .Become knowledgeable regarding assigned Territory (move activity, new construction projects etc.
• )Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and premise visits
• .Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• .Communicate with customers regarding the technology solutions
• .Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc
• .Funnel audit & insure DSEs adherence towards market
• .Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
• .Submit activity reports (Customer, Influencers, DSA & financer meet), as per daily work Management & TQBM
