Job summary

RSPL Group in India seeks a field sales executive to drive primary and secondary sales, build and manage distributor relationships, and expand market reach across the territory.

You will implement trade schemes and promotions for retailers and distributors, ensure timely reporting of sales data, and strengthen product visibility and availability through active field work and regional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of distribution management and retail sales
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
• Basic proficiency in sales tools, Excel, and reporting systems
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
