Job summary

RSPL Group in Srinagar, India invites a sales professional with 5–13 years of FMCG experience to drive primary and secondary sales and manage distributor relationships to hit targets. You will execute trade schemes, expand market reach with new outlets, monitor trends, report data, and ensure product visibility and availability.

Bachelor’s degree required; strong communication and negotiation skills; willingness to travel.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Minimum 5- 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of distribution management and retail sales
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
• Basic proficiency in sales tools, Excel, and reporting systems
