The Territory Manager – MedTech (Infusion & Nutrition System) will be responsible for promoting and selling infusion and nutrition system products, achieving territory sales targets, managing key hospital accounts, and implementing sales and marketing strategies. The involves developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, tracking market trends, managing customer expectations, and leading territory operations effectively. The candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, business development, and analytical skills with strong exposure to the healthcare and medical devices industry.
- Drive sales and business development activities for infusion and nutrition system products within the assigned territory.
- Create market demand and increase product awareness among healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Implement company sales and marketing strategies to achieve territory business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, purchasing departments, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- entify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within the territory.
- Prepare monthly and territory-wise sales plans for all assigned products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring profitable business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to strengthen market positioning.
- Track hospital business, market share, and sales performance within the territory.
- Ensure proper product mix and effective product positioning based on customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, CMEs, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with distributors, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth business operations.
- Monitor sales orders, collections, receivables, and outstanding payments in line with budgets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues as per company guidelines and service standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and relationship management.
- Prepare sales reports, territory performance analysis, and MIS documentation for management review.
- Guide and support team members for improved performance, productivity, and career development.
- Participate in recruitment, coaching, counseling, and performance assessment activities when required.
- Promote a positive work culture and ensure implementation of company HR policies and ethical business practices.
- Recognize opportunities for business expansion, strategic partnerships, and market development initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Stay updated with medical technologies, healthcare industry trends, and competitive market developments.
