Job summary

SkillLabs in Ranchi, Jharkhand is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive the ETWL segment through dealer networks and channel partners.

The role targets month-on-month loan disbursal growth with a focus on quality and quantity, while building strong ties with manufacturing teams and supervising a motivated sales team.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in channel management for similar product.

Responsibilities

• Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturing team and work closely with them.
• Develop strategies for growth of ETWL segment in territory.
• Ensure presence in potential dealerships/outlets in the territory.
• Map competition and stay updated on market trends.
• Maintain relationships with key channel partners/Dealers.
• Monitor schemes, team performance, training and manage Sales Managers.
• Handle customer escalations and grievances.
• Achieve cluster level budget numbers aligned with company budgets.
• Hire, manage and motivate team and individual performance.
• Abide by company policies and processes.

Roles and Reposibilities :-

• Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity of E - Two-Wheeler.
• Maintaining relationship with Manufacturing team and work closely with them
• Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of ETWL Segment at business in his Territory.
• Ensure presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the Territory assigned to him for ETWL.
• Competition mapping, keeping track of competition in market & be updated on all market trends.
• Maintaining relationships with key channel partners/Dealers.
• Monitoring the schemes, Team performance, training and managing Sales Managers(ETWL). Gate keeper of processes at the ground . Ensuring quality of sales and collection
• Resolving Customer escalations and grievances
• Cluster level achievements of budgeted numbers, in line with company budgets.
• Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance.
• Abide by laid down companies’ policies and processes
