Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Retail Finance Lending experience.
• Prior experience in managing dealer networks.
• Proven track record of delivery in previous assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver month-on-month targets of TWL Loan Disbursals with focus on quality and quantity.
• Develop strategies and business plans for cluster growth.
• Ensure presence in potential dealerships/outlets in the cluster.
• Map competition and stay updated on market trends.
• Maintain relationships with key channel partners/dealers.
• Monitor schemes, team performance, and gatekeeper of ground processes.
• Resolve customer escalations and grievances.
• Achieve cluster budgets and manage hiring/motivation of the team.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Deliver month on month targets of TWL Loan Disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity of Two-Wheeler, Cross Sell loans in given Cluster
• Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of the Organisation's business in his/her assigned Cluster.
• Ensure the Organisation's presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the Cluster.
• Competition mapping, keeping track of competition in market & be updated on all market trends.
• Maintaining relationships with key channel partners/Dealers.
• Monitoring the schemes, Team performance, training and managing Territory Managers. Gate keeper of processes at the ground . Ensuring quality of sales and collection
• Resolving Customer escalations and grievances
• Cluster level achievements of budgeted numbers, in line with company budgets.
• Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance
• Abide by laid down companies’ policies and processes

Candidate Profile Required :-

• 8-12 years of Retail Finance Lending (TW) experience.
• Prior experience in managing dealer management is a must
• Should have strong demonstrated performance and delivery in previous assignments
• Strong understanding of Industry and persuasive, customer - oriented behaviour.
• Multi-tasking and multiple stake holder management.
• Should be Self-motivated, and passionate about SME and Start up opportunity.
