Job summary

SkillLabs in Jaipur is seeking a seasoned professional to lead dealer networks and drive TWL loan disbursals within the assigned cluster. The role focuses on growing the business with quality execution and strong stakeholder relationships.

You will strategize growth, manage dealers, map competition, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering customer-centric outcomes. The position is on-site in Jaipur with growth potential in a dynamic SME/startup context.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Retail Finance Lending (TW) experience.
• Prior experience in dealer management is a must.
• Proven delivery and performance in previous roles.
• Strong industry understanding and customer-oriented approach.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and passionate about SME/startup opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver month-on-month targets for TWL loan disbursals in the cluster.
• Develop business plans to grow the cluster's revenue.
• Ensure presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the cluster.
• Map competitors and stay updated on market trends.
• Maintain relationships with key channel partners/dealers.
• Monitor schemes, team performance, and ground-level processes.
• Handle customer escalations and grievances efficiently.
• Achieve cluster-level budgeted numbers and drive budgets.
• Hire, manage, and motivate the team and individuals.
• Adhere to company policies and processes.

• Deliver month on month targets of TWL Loan Disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity of Two-Wheeler, Cross Sell loans in given Cluster
• Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of the Organisation's business in his/her assigned Cluster.
• Ensure the Organisation's presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the Cluster.
• Competition mapping, keeping track of competition in market & be updated on all market trends.
• Maintaining relationships with key channel partners/Dealers.
• Monitoring the schemes, Team performance, training and managing Territory Managers. Gate keeper of processes at the ground . Ensuring quality of sales and collection
• Resolving Customer escalations and grievances
• Cluster level achievements of budgeted numbers, in line with company budgets.
• Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance
• Abide by laid down companies’ policies and processes

Candidate Profile Required

• 8-12 years of Retail Finance Lending (TW) experience.
• Prior experience in managing dealer management is a must
• Should have strong demonstrated performance and delivery in previous assignments
• Strong understanding of Industry and persuasive, customer - oriented behaviour.
• Multi-tasking and multiple stake holder management.
• Should be Self-motivated, and passionate about SME and Start up opportunity.
