Job summary

Abbott India Ltd. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Multitherapy in Shillong. The role focuses on achieving territory targets, field execution with minimal supervision, and reporting field activities through the online system.

You will generate prescriptions, promote products per strategy, and build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists and other stakeholders. Fluency in communication is essential, with 2+ years in pharma preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pharma sales.
• Fresher with good communication and analytical skills may be considered.
• Candidate with prior experience in the same therapy or from MNC/top Indian pharma companies will have added advantage.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division's products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador

Minimum Education

BSc/B. Pharma.

Experience/Training Required

1. 2+ Yrs of experience
