Job summary

Abbott India Ltd in Faridabad is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Derma Prime to drive sales performance in the assigned territory. You will achieve geography-wise targets, conduct field work with minimal supervision, and report daily activity in the online system.

You will promote Derma Prime products, build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and other stakeholders, and contribute to strategy and brand representation as a strong ambassador.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of sales experience in pharma; freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered.
• Fluent and confident in communication; prior/current experience in the same therapy is a plus.
• Candidates from MNCs and top Indian pharma companies will have added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador

Minimum Education

BSc/B. Pharma.

Experience/Training Required
