Job summary

Abbott in Puducherry is seeking a field sales professional to achieve territorial targets, perform field work with minimal supervision, and report daily activities in the online system. You will travel within the region to maximize reach and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.

You will generate prescriptions, promote products per strategy, build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and other stakeholders, and contribute to strategy development while representing Abbott

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in field sales or pharma sales.
• Fresher with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
• Candidate with prior/current experience in same therapy preferred.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
• Promote the division’s products as per strategy.

Primary Job Function

Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target

Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision

Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system

Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share

Promote the Division’s products as per strategy

Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)

Facilitating Strategy building

A good Brand Ambassador

Minimum Education

• BSc/B. Pharma.
