Job summary

Patil Group in India is seeking a Tendering Manager to lead online tender submissions, manage contracts from start to finish, and oversee bill submissions and receivables as per contracts.

The role requires experience in tendering, exposure to government bodies (Railways/Highways) preferred, and strong English and Hindi communication. Willingness to travel extensively across India and build customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender submissions and contract management with Govt bodies or private sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers; fluent in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender submissions online through customer e-portals.
• Manage contracts from initiation to closure and monitor bill submission as per contract terms.
• Handle receivables per contract and support marketing/customer relations.
• Travel extensively across India to meet clients and support project opportunities.

Tendering Manager :

• Tendering ( Tender submission online through e-portals of various customers),
• Contract management ( from starting to closure of the contracts)
• Experience in SAP-SD is advantageous.
• Time to time checking and submission of bills as per the contract
• Managing receivables from customers as per the contract
• Marketing and Customer relation
• Must have good interpersonal skills Developing good relationship with the customers
• To be ready to do extensive travelling across India.
• Must be good in English ( both written and spoken) and Hindi speaking.

• Desired Qualification: MBA- Marketing or Diploma / Engineering in Civil or Mechanical with experience in tendering, marketing preferably in a infrastructure company or from a manufacturing company.

• Minimum experience required: atleast 2 years in tenders submission and contract management with various Govt bodies like Railways, Highways or any private sector company. Preferably with Railway exposure.
