Job summary

HYT Engineering is seeking an experienced Sr. Tender Manager to oversee end-to-end tendering and contract activities for Government, PSU, Railway and Engineering projects in India.

You will review documents, prepare technical and commercial bids, manage online portals like IREPS, GeM, CPPP, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and submit LOA/PO and contract amendments. The role requires strong English communication, negotiation, and travel for pre-bid meetings.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Tendering, Bidding and Contract Management.
• Strong knowledge of Government/PSU/Railway tender methodology.
• Excellent English communication, drafting and correspondence skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent English communication, drafting and correspondence skills.


• Good commercial, analytical, negotiation and coordination skills.


• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.


• Ability to independently handle multiple tenders under strict deadlines.


• Willingness to travel for pre-bid meetings, negotiations and customer/site visits.

Preferred: Experience in Indian Railways, RITES, RVNL, IRCON, DFCCIL, Metro, Government PSUs, Capital Equipment, Machinery.
