Job summary

Mohan Mutha Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Tendering Manager in Chennai to lead end-to-end tendering, estimation, and bid submissions for building, road, and marine projects.

The role requires a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 10+ years in tendering and strong knowledge of BOQ, cost analysis, and MS Excel. NICMAR certification is preferred and EPC/infrastructure project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in tendering and estimation.
• Experience in building, road, and marine projects.
• NICMAR certification preferred.
• EPC and infrastructure project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender preparation, evaluation, and submission.
• Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
• Identify project risks and support bid/no-bid decisions.
