Job summary

Ramiya Constructions in Delhi is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to independently manage end-to-end tendering for EPC and HAM road projects. You will search, evaluate, and submit technical and financial bids on time, coordinating inputs from technical, commercial, finance, and management teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of NHAI/MoRTH tendering processes, e-tendering portals, BOQ and bid documentation, along with strong analytical and communication skills to drive successful bid

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and submit complete technical and financial bids on time.

• Handle tender queries, corrigenda, pre-bid submissions, EMD, tender fees, DSC, and online submission.
• Track tender openings, technical evaluation, financial bids, results, LOA, and follow-ups.
• Maintain tender databases, records, and submission status.

• Review NIT, RFP, eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical specifications, financial requirements, EMD, and tender conditions.
• Prepare, compile, and submit complete technical and financial bids within stipulated timelines.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, and management teams for tender inputs and documentation.
• Handle tender queries, corrigendums, pre-bid submissions, EMD, tender fees, DSC, and online submission.
• Track tender openings, technical evaluation, financial bids, results, LOA, and related follow-ups.
• Maintain tender database, records, and submission status.

Preferred candidate profile

• 810+ years of experience in tendering for EPC & HAM road projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC & HAM tendering, NHAI/MoRTH projects, e-tendering portals, BOQ, and bid documentation.
• Must be capable of independently handling the complete tendering cycle from tender search to submission.
• Strong coordination, documentation, analytical and communication skills.

Note:

Candidates must have relevant experience in the Road Infrastructure / Highway Construction sector, preferably with hands‑on experience in EPC & HAM projects.
