Qualifications

• Experience in tender preparation and bid management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering activities for Civil & Infrastructure projects
• Study and evaluate Tender / RFP / BOQ / Technical specifications
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with Planning, QS, Engineering, Procurement and Projects teams
• Prepare tender queries, clarifications and technical/commercial submissions
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations
• Ensure timely submission of competitive and accurate tenders
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and client discussions
• Analyse project risks, contractual terms and commercial conditions
• Support management in final pricing and tender negotiations
