Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking an Executive - Marketing for our Gwalior operations. The role focuses on generating enquiries, drafting offers, and engaging in technical and commercial discussions with customers and consultants.

The candidate will coordinate tender submissions, orders, and after-sales coordination, while monitoring collections and debtors to ensure timely payments. Graduation in Electrical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is required.
• Experience in tendering of distribution transformers and low-power transformers up to 220 kV class.

Responsibilities

• Generate enquiries from industries, end users, contractors and tenders, and participate in tenders.
• Prepare offers and submit to customers; provide budgetary offers to Govt/private customers.
• Discuss enquiries, tenders, pricing and payment terms on a case-by-case basis.
• Engage in technical and commercial discussions, negotiations and order finalization.
• Coordinate order punching, factory visits, inspections, and after-sales service arrangements.
• Monitor debtors and ensure timely collections; manage BGs/EMDs/CFORMS as applicable.
• Submit MIS on a monthly basis and share market/competition insights with the team.
• Arrange factory visits for customers and consultants.

Our Division: T2 Division (Manufacturing DT & Low Power Transformers)

Product Range: 1 MVA to 100 MVA up to 220 KV class - Transformer

Title of Position: Executive - Marketing

Key Performance Areas

• Generate enquiries from industries, end users, contractors, tenders. Participate in tenders.
• Punching enquiry into online system for offer working
• Preparation of offers and timely submission to customers against enquiries. Also submitting budgetary offers to Govt./private customers against upcoming requirements/new projects.
• Discussion of enquiries/tenders/ pricing/ payment terms etc on case to case basis.
• Technical and Commercial discussions, Negotiations, order finalization with customers.
• Order/indent punching into system for execution purpose.
• Attending KOM with customer. Getting involved with customers for drawings approval.
• Ensure smooth execution of orders by co-ordination between customers and works
• Submitting inspection calls, coordinating with customers for organizing timely inspection
• Ensure timely response to customers. Arrange for after sales service through service engineers as and when required.
• Monitor debtors in SAP on regular basis and ensuring timely collections. Collection of expired BGs/ EMDs/ C FORMS, etc.
• Monitoring Upcoming Projects, generating new enquiries
• Submission of MIS on monthly basis.
• Discussion on market development, customer activities, competition information and market feedback, technical discussions/ presentation to consultants, customers.
• Share market and competition activities with team members.
• Arranging factory visits for customers, consultants

Qualification : Graduation - B.E /B.Tech - Electrical

Experience : Experience in Tendering of distribution transformers, dry type transformers, Low power transformers up to 220 kV class.
