Job summary

Spinco Biotech is seeking a Sales Coordination professional in Chennai to manage end-to-end sales cycles, tender bids, and order tracking. You will collate data, prepare presentations, and coordinate with clients, sales teams, and dispatch.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales coordination within scientific/medical/industrial instruments, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in sales coordination in scientific/medical/industrial instruments.
• Knowledge of tender processes and bidding on government/private portals (e.g., GeM).
• Experience handling quotes, orders, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Daily Performance Reports: compile sales, lead conversions, quotations, and orders metrics.
• Presentation Preparation: create slides for daily stand-ups and weekly reviews.
• Data Synthesis: summarize regional updates for the sales manager.
• Tender Status Tracking: maintain a dashboard for active bids and deadlines.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales coordination, preferably in scientific, medical, or industrial instruments.
• Tender Management: Complete knowledge of the tender process, including preparing bids, reviewing tender documents, and submitting proposals on government or private portals (such as GeM in India).
• Order Processing: Managing end-to-end sales cycles from quotation generation to order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate between clients, sales teams, and the dispatch department.
• Technical Software: Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word

Core Responsibilities

• Daily Performance Reports: Compiling daily data on sales figures, lead conversions, pending quotations, and order fulfillment metrics for management review.
• Presentation Preparation: Designing structured slides for daily stand-ups or weekly sales pipeline reviews using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Data Synthesis: Consolidating regional updates from field sales executives into a single, clean summary for the sales manager.
• Tender Status Tracking: Maintaining a daily dashboard that monitors active bids, upcoming submission deadlines, and evaluation outcomes.
