Job summary

Technovalue in Navi Mumbai is seeking a results-driven professional to drive tendering activities and manage GeM-based processes for government and private clients.

You will coordinate pricing, documentation, and orders, while building strong relationships with government departments, labs, and pharma suppliers. Prior experience in pharma analytical instrument industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tendering and bid submission experience.
• Proficient with GeM and tender portals.

Responsibilities

• Search, analyze, and participate in Government & Private Tenders through GeM and other tender portals.
• Manage end-to-end tendering activities including bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Handle the GeM Portal, including product uploads, bid participation, order processing, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal departments to obtain pricing and technical documents.
• Maintain complete tender documentation, certifications, and compliance documents.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, tenders, purchase orders, and payment status.
• Generate leads and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
• Convert inquiries into business opportunities through regular customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain CRM records, customer database, and sales reports.
• Prepare sales orders and ensure accurate documentation for order processing.
• Build strong relationships with government departments, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, research institutes, and industrial customers.
• Should have experience in pharma analytical instrument industry.
