LSR INFRACON PVT LTD in Chandigarh is seeking a seasoned civil tendering professional to manage end-to-end bidding for road and highway projects. You will identify relevant government tenders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive bids.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in civil bidding, with a Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil Engineering. You will review NIT/RFP/BOQ and ensure timely submission of technical and commercial bids while maintaining meticulous tender

• Experience: 5-10 years in civil bidding/tendering.
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Exposure to NHAI, MoRTH, PWD tenders and government contracts.
• Ability to prepare estimation, costing, BOQ and rate analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end tendering and bidding for road and highway projects.
• Identify and analyze NHAI, MoRTH, PWD and government tenders.
• Review NIT, RFP, BOQ, drawings, specifications and contract conditions.
• Prepare estimation, costing, BOQ and rate analysis.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Procurement, Finance and Technical teams.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
• Coordinate pre-bid queries, corrigenda and e-tender submissions.
• Track tender results, negotiations and LOA/Work Orders.
• Maintain tender records and analyse competitor/market rates.
