Job summary

Macpower is seeking a dynamic professional to manage end-to-end commercial tender activities in Rajkot, Gujarat. The role involves tender identification, costing, preparation, and submission, as well as reviewing documents, terms, and EMD/PBG requirements.

You will coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchase and Engineering to ensure timely bids, maintain documentation, and support negotiations and post-tender activities. Prior experience in government tenders and GeM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Tendering / Tender Management / Bid Management / E-Tendering.
• Experience in Government Tenders, GeM, RFQ, RFP, BOQ and quotation preparation preferred.
• Good knowledge of commercial terms, costing, GST and tender documentation.
• Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
