Job summary

Atandra Energy in Chennai is seeking an Experienced Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tender activities, including identification, documentation, submission, and cross‑functional coordination. You will handle Government, GeM, and e-tenders, review eligibility, prepare technical and commercial documents, and ensure timely submissions.

Applicants should be a graduate in Electrical/Electronics with 3–6 years of tender management experience and strong MS Excel and documentation skills to support

• Tender management experience or coordination experience is required.
• Knowledge of tender documentation and bid submission processes is essential.
• Experience with Government and e-procurement portals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track Government, GeM, and e-tenders.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and other teams for required documents.
• Manage EMD, tender fees, declarations, certificates, and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
• Maintain tender records, trackers, and submission status.
• Monitor tender results and support post-tender activities.
• Handle queries, clarifications, and amendments related to tenders.

• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and other teams for required documents.
• Manage EMD, tender fees, declarations, certificates, and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
• Maintain tender records, trackers, and submission status.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / relevant qualification in Electrical/Electronics.
• 36 years of experience in tender management or tender coordination.
• Experience with GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals is preferred.
• Good knowledge of tender documentation and bid submission processes.
• Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
