Job summary
NASS Engineering Services Private Limited invites applications for a Tender Executive-Marine to join the Service Department at Navi Mumbai. You will prepare bid documents, manage tenders and interactions with portals such as Gem, E-procurement, and CPP, and prepare service quotations.
Requires exposure to budgets, bidding and ERP tools. Ideal candidates hold B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or graduation with 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any Graduation.
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and procurement portals.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and data handling.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bid documents and tender submissions.
- Familiar with Gem portal, E-procurement, CPP portal and related ERP systems.
- Knowledge of budgeting costings and tender analysis.
- Search tenders as per company requirements and prepare quotations.
- Coordinate with Director and finalize decisions.
- Complete tendering process from start to end and submission.

- 01. Preparation of Bid documents.
- 02. Familiar with Gem portal , E-procurement, CPP portal, Srijan SAP based ERP.
- 03. E-procurement and ONGC E-procurement
- 04. Knowledge of budgeting costings
- 05. Deep Knowledge of bidding
- 06. Tender searching capabilities as per company requirements
- 07. Skills in advance MS office
- 08. DSc verification knowledge
- 09. Complete Tendering Process from Start to end and till Submission.
- 10. Prepare Service Quotation
