Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial tenders, quotations, and bids.

Technical Sales & Tendering Executive

Experience: Candidates with any relevant technical experience in engineering, tendering,

technical sales, or a similar role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial tenders, quotations, and bids.
• Review technical specifications, engineering data, and customer requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Prepare and submit day-to-day quotations to public sector undertakings (PSUs) and

private companies.

• Communicate directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate internally with the production team to follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure timely submission of quotations and tender documents.
• Follow up with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and

timely execution of requirements.
