Job summary

VD Intellisys in Delhi is seeking a Tender Executive / GEM Portal Executive to drive government tender opportunities. You will manage GeM portal activities, collate documents, prepare technical and financial bids, and ensure timely submission.

The role requires 2–3 years of GeM experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. You will coordinate with vendors, study eligibility terms, and support payment realization while maintaining accurate cost sheets.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Government E-Market Place (GeM) and driving opportunities.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids; follow up payments.
• Upload invoices and documents on the GEM portal with accuracy.
• Study eligibility criteria and terms before bid submission.
• Knowledge of various bid types (bunch, reverse, custom, normal).
• Ability to compare products and rates for tender submissions.
• Understand vendor assessment, OEM and seller profile requirements.
• Familiar with legal metrology rules for GEM-listed products.

Responsibilities

• Take follow-up and manage comprehensive tender bidding and payments.
• Add new product/catalogue on GEM portal and update listings.
• Upload all documents carefully and freeze as required.
• Prepare technical bids and assist seniors with financial bids.
• Submit bids accurately across bunch, reverse, and other formats.
• Analyze product equivalents and rate comparisons for tenders.
• Coordinate vendor assessments and seller/OEM prerequisites on GEM.
• Ensure compliance with legal metrology for GEM-listed items.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Must have Experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities through Government e-Market Place (GeM) from Central & State Govt, PSUs.
• Taking Follow Up, Comprehensive Tender Bidding And Payment Realization Management.
• Must be able to add new Product/catalogue on GEM portal.
• Must know how to upload invoice in GEM Portal.
• Upload all documents carefully & freeze
• Study documents and understand carefully the eligibility criteria, documents required and other terms & conditions
• Prepare technical bid
• Prepare Financial bid in assistance with seniors
• Should have the Knowledge of submission of Bids like bunch bid, Reverse bid, custom bid & Normal Bid.
• Should have Knowledge of Comparing Products and rates
• Must understand vendor assessment, OEM and seller profile related requirements in GEM portal.
• Must understand legal metrology rules for listing a product listed in the portal.
