Job summary

Haritha Automation seeks a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end GeM portal activities, identify tenders, participate in bids, submit documentation, and coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, OEMs and Dealers. The role covers pre-bid, bid submission, evaluation and post-tender follow-ups, with emphasis on accuracy and timely submissions.

Experience with GeM, CPPP, Government and PSU e-Tenders is essential; knowledge of technical products/office automation/banking automation preferred.

• Hands-on GeM portal experience and end-to-end tender participation.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end GeM portal activities: tender identification, bid participation, submission, evaluation and order follow-up.
• Search and participate in GeM, CPPP, Government, PSU and other e-Tenders.
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids, BOQ, EMD, MAF, compliance documents and declarations.
• Review tender eligibility, specifications, terms & conditions and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, OEMs and Dealers for required tender documents.
• Handle GeM Reverse Auctions, negotiations and order processing.
• Monitor corrigenda, pre-bid queries, tender results and post-tender follow-ups.
• Maintain proper records and ensure 100% accuracy and timely tender submissions.
