Tender Identification & Analysis
Proactively search and identify relevant tenders on government and institutional procurement portals.
Analyze tender documents (RFP, RFQ, RFI) to assess requirements, evaluation criteria, and timelines.
Evaluate the commercial and strategic fit of each opportunity in coordination with sales and management teams.
Bid Preparation & Coordination
Lead and manage the complete tender preparation process with a structured response plan.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to compile required data.
Prepare and organize all bid documentation including profiles, technical details, and financial quotations.
Proposal Writing & Development
Draft, edit, and review persuasive and compliant proposals highlighting Jolly Healthcare’s strengths.
Customize proposals as per client requirements and maintain consistency with submission guidelines.
Develop and maintain a repository of standard content, templates, and case studies.
Submission & Post-Submission Management
Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids (online and offline).
Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and coordinate for presentations or negotiations.
Maintain a detailed archive of submitted tenders and related documentation.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure full compliance with all tender requirements and company policies.
Conduct final quality checks for accuracy, completeness, and presentation.
Stay updated with industry regulations, competitor activities, and tender best practices.
