We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tendering Specialist to manage the end-to-end tender process for our stainless steel products. The ideal candidate will identify, prepare, and submit, technical and financial bids, ensuring 100% compliance with client requirements and government regulations (including GeM portal). You will collaborate with sales, technical, and production teams to maximize our bid success rate and secure new business opportunities in the industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Monitoring: Regularly monitor GeM (Government e-Marketplace), tender portals (PSU, municipal, central/state government), and private tender platforms to identify relevant stainless steel supply opportunities.Documentation & Submission: Review RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations), analyze technical specifications, scope of work, and commercial conditions. Prepare, compile, and submit high-quality, accurate technical and financial bids before deadlines.Compliance & Risk: Ensure all bids comply with tender terms, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee), and eligibility criteria.Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Production, Quality, and Legal teams to gather necessary product specifications, certifications, and pricing data for stainless steel grades (e.g., 304, 316L, 400 series).Pricing & Negotiation: Assist in tender estimation, BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation, and cost comparison. Participate in post-bid negotiations and clarifications.Portal & Record Management: Handle vendor registrations, catalog management, and bid participation on e-tendering portals. Maintain a comprehensive, organized database of all submitted tenders and tender results.
