Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tender / Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bidding and proposal management activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of tenders, from opportunity identification to submission and post-bid coordination, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender & Bid Management

• Manage end-to-end bidding processes including RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses
• Analyze tender documents, PQ (Pre-Qualification) documents, and prepare bid/no-bid analysis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely and accurate bid submissions
• Ensure compliance with commercial, technical, and legal requirements

2. Proposal Development

• Lead proposal development including technical documentation, compliance matrix, and commercial proposals
• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
• Develop high-quality, competitive proposals aligned with client requirements
• Handle post-bid clarifications and client queries

3. Costing & Estimation

• Perform cost estimation, cost modeling, and margin calculation
• Conduct resource estimation and pricing strategies
• Ensure accurate commercial pricing and profitability analysis

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Conduct vendor evaluation and vendor negotiation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, finance, and legal departments
• Maintain strong stakeholder management throughout the bidding cycle

5. Contract & Compliance Management

• Support contract management activities including SLA drafting and contract finalization
• Ensure adherence to commercial compliance and organizational policies
• Identify risks and perform risk assessment during bidding

6. Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor bid timelines and ensure timely submission
• Maintain bid documentation and reports
• Track performance metrics and success rates
