Job summary

Star Spectrum Security is seeking a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end government and PSU tenders, including GeM bids, portals, document prep, BOQ and vendor coordination.

The role involves preparation of technical and financial bids, compliance checks, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely submissions. Delhi-based with full-time employment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Search, identify and track GeM, CPPP and other tenders.

• Manage end-to-end tendering from ID to final submission.
• Prepare Technical and Commercial bids with supporting docs.
• Review BOQs, compliance sheets, specs and price bids.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors for quotations and docs.
• Work with internal teams for accurate pricing.
• Handle tender-related fees and security requirements.
• Participate in pre-bid queries and respond to clarifications.

Tender Executive GeM & Government Tenders

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tender Executive responsible for end-to-end handling of government and PSU tenders, including GeM bids, tender portals, documentation, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, bid submission and post-bid follow-up. The candidate should have good knowledge of tendering processes and preferably experience in CCTV, Security Systems, ELV, IT/Networking or related technical products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, identify and track relevant GeM, CPPP and other Government/PSU tenders.
• Study tender/RFP documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms and submission requirements.
• Handle the complete tendering process from tender identification to final submission.
• Prepare and compile Technical Bid, Commercial/Financial Bid and supporting documents.
• Prepare and review BOQs, compliance sheets, technical specifications and price bids.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and vendors for quotations, authorization letters, datasheets, certificates and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with internal technical and finance teams for accurate bid preparation and pricing.
• Handle EMD, Tender Fee, Performance Security, Security Deposit, Bank Guarantees and other tender-related requirements.
• Participate in and prepare pre-bid queries/clarifications and track responses/amendments.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain proper records of submitted tenders.
• Monitor tender results, technical evaluation, financial evaluation and L1 status.
• Handle GeM-related activities such as bid participation, product/category requirements, BOQ bids, buyer clarifications and order-related documentation.
• Maintain a database/tracker of tenders, bids, quotations, results, EMDs and important deadlines.
• Coordinate with the execution/project team for work orders, agreements, completion certificates and other post-award documentation.
• Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete and compliant with the tender requirements.

Preferred Industry Knowledge:

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
