Job summary

HONEY ENTERPRISES is seeking a knowledgeable Tender Executive to manage the complete tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting bids in compliance with tender requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of tender management experience, familiarity with GeM, CPPP, and other procurement portals, and strong documentation and communication skills. MBA candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred; 1–3 years in tender management or bid coordination.
• Fresh MBAs with knowledge of tendering and e-procurement portals may apply.
• Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor government and private tender opportunities.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information.
• Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and bid proposals.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms and submission deadlines.
• Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and bid outcomes.
• Follow up on tender status and client communications.
• Handle e-tender submissions on GeM, CPPP, and other procurement portals.
• Support post-award documentation and contract execution.
