Job summary

PS Associates in India seeks a proactive Tender Executive to join our Government Business & Tendering team. You will identify and track government/PSU tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals, monitor portals daily, and study tender documents with attention to eligibility, specifications and deadlines.

Role involves preparing comprehensive bid documentation, coordinating with OEMs and internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids and related documents.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Government Tendering / GeM / E-Procurement experience.
• Strong understanding of GeM bidding procedures.
• Experience with IT Hardware / Computers / Laptops / Printers / UPS / Networking tenders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track Government/PSU tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
• Daily monitoring of GeM, CPPP and State Government e-tender portals for opportunities.
• Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specs, BOQ, ATC, payment terms and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain Tender Opportunity & Bid Trackers.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and internal teams for authorization, specs, compliance docs and quotations.
• Prepare and compile complete technical and commercial bid documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of bids, EMD/Bid Security, declarations and undertakings.
• Coordinate pre-bid clarification process and track amendments/corrigenda.
• Monitor tender results, technical evaluation, financial opening, reverse auctions and purchase orders.
• Maintain a structured database of submitted, won, lost and upcoming tenders.
• Coordinate with sales/BDM team to identify opportunities and convert into business.

• Identify and track relevant Government / PSU tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
• Daily monitoring of GeM, CPPP and State Government e-tender portals for relevant opportunities.
• Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, ATC, payment terms and important deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain Tender Opportunity & Bid Trackers.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and internal teams for OEM authorization, product specifications, compliance documents and commercial quotations.
• Prepare and compile complete technical and commercial bid documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of bids, EMD/Bid Security, declarations, undertakings and other required documents.
• Coordinate the pre-bid clarification process and track amendments/corrigenda issued by buyers.
• Monitor tender results, technical evaluation, financial opening, reverse auctions and purchase orders.
• Maintain a structured database of submitted, won, lost and upcoming tenders.
• Coordinate with the sales/BDM team to identify opportunities and convert tender opportunities into business.

• 1–3 years of experience in Government Tendering / GeM / E-Procurement
• Good understanding of GeM bidding procedures
• Experience with IT Hardware / Computers / Laptops / Printers / UPS / Networking / Manpower tenders will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of tender eligibility, technical compliance and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently analyse a tender and determine whether the company should participate.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just upload tenders, but can understand the commercial and technical implications of a tender and help the company make better bidding decisions.

Immediate joiners and candidates with strong GeM & Government Tendering experience will be preferred.
