Job summary

Optiemus Unmanned Systems Pvt. Ltd. seeks a proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tender lifecycle for Government and Private sector projects from Noida.

The role involves preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids, coordinating with Engineering, Finance, SCM, and Quality teams, and ensuring timely submission through various e-procurement portals. The candidate will review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and terms, prepare cost sheets and compliance statements,

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids.
• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and e-Tendering portals.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, Defence, DRDO, Railways, DPSUs, BEL, HAL, ISRO, and State Government portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
• Prepare and submit Technical & Commercial Bids, EOI, RFI, RFQ, RFP, and all supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, SCM, Quality, and Management teams for bid preparation.
• Prepare BOQs, compliance statements, cost sheets, and bid documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders with all statutory documents, EMDs, and declarations.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, respond to clarifications, and maintain tender MIS and records.
• Support contract finalization, purchase order execution, and customer coordination.

Optiemus Unmanned Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to

manage the complete tender lifecycle for Government and Private sector projects. The ideal candidate

should have experience in preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids, coordinating with

internal teams, and ensuring timely submission through various e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, Defence, DRDO, Railways, DPSUs, BEL, HAL, ISRO, and State Government portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
• Prepare and submit Technical & Commercial Bids, EOI, RFI, RFQ, RFP, and all supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, SCM, Quality, and Management teams for bid preparation.
• Prepare BOQs, compliance statements, cost sheets, and bid documentation.

Preferred

• Min 1 year experience in the Drone, UAV, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, or Manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Government procurement agencies and Defence organizations.
