Job summary

Atmy Analytical Labs in India seeks a Tendering Co-ordinator, Manager or Executive to search and identify tenders from Government, PSU and private sectors, and to prepare technical and financial bids.

You will coordinate with Technical, Quality and Accounts teams, manage GeM/CPP portals, ensure compliance and timely submissions; experience with EMD/PBG and tender documentation is preferred.

Strong MS Excel/Word skills and deadline-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Management.
• (B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc./B.Com/BBA or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant Government, PSU and private tenders through portals.
• Identify business opportunities related to TIC, third-party inspection, sampling and lab services.
• Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria and technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit Technical & Financial Bids within deadlines.
• Handle GeM bids, Custom Bids, BOQ, EMD/PBG and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with Technical, Quality and Accounts teams for required documents.
• Manage Government/PSU empanelment and registration opportunities.
• Track submitted tenders, clarifications, corrigenda and results.
• Maintain Tender MIS/Tracker and ensure timely follow-up.

• Search and identify relevant Government, PSU and private tenders through GeM, CPPP and other e-Procurement portals.
• Identify business opportunities related to Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC), Third-Party Inspection, Sampling, Survey and Laboratory Services.
• Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria and technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit Technical & Financial Bids within deadlines.
• Handle GeM bids, Custom Bids, BOQ, EMD/PBG and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with Technical, Quality and Accounts teams for required documents and quotations.
• Manage Government/PSU empanelment and registration opportunities.
• Track submitted tenders, clarifications, corrigenda and results.
• Maintain Tender MIS/Tracker and ensure timely follow-up.

Preferred candidate :
