Job summary

PBL Transport Visakhapatnam is seeking a detail-oriented Tender & Bid Management Executive with 2 years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end tendering for Government and Private sector projects.

You will coordinate with Finance, Technical, Operations and Legal teams, monitor GeM and other e-procurement portals, and prepare pricing sheets, BOQs and compliance documents to ensure 100% timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Proposal Management.
• Strong knowledge of GeM and other e-procurement portals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, RFQs, RFPs and bid specifications.
• Understand scope, eligibility, compliance requirements and submission guidelines.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
• Monitor GeM and other e-procurement platforms for opportunities.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Bid Management Executivewith 2 years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end tendering processes for Government and Private sector projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GeM and other e-procurement portals, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple submissions within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and bid specifications thoroughly.

Understand scope, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and submission guidelines.

Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.

Monitor portals such as GeM and other e-procurement platforms for relevant opportunities.

Coordinate with Finance, Technical, Operations, and Legal teams for required inputs.

Prepare pricing sheets, BOQs, compliance statements, and technical documentation.

Maintain tender trackers, submission calendars, and documentation records.

Ensure 100% timely submission of bids within deadlines.

Requirements
