Job summary

Elevate Now in Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated customer support/telecalling professional to re-engage existing and inactive customers. You will conduct 150+ outbound calls, address concerns, and drive program revival while maintaining precise records in Excel/Sheets.

This work-from-office role offers a hybrid setup, with a 6-day work week and a 10:00–19:00 shift. Freshers are welcome; immediate joiners preferred, with proficiency in Hindi and English.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 2 years experience in customer support or telecalling.
• Clear communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English.
• Good comprehension and listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets (Google spreadsheet).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
