Role Description

The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. In this position, the individual will make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, and present Ethical Den’s products and services to potential and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining service offerings clearly, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses and high-quality customer support. The Telesales Representative will also participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.
• Sales skills, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
• Training-related skills, such as the ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and participate in ongoing skill development.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area and manage a high volume of calls.
• Prior telesales or inside sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
