Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, presenting service offerings, and guiding potential clients through the sales process. The individual will maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, follow up on leads, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. The role also includes handling basic customer support questions, sharing product updates, and participating in training sessions to stay current on service features and industry practices.
