Job summary

Envision Overseas Education Consultants LLP is seeking a Telecalling Executive in Mumbai to be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents. You will make outbound calls, understand student requirements, and provide accurate information about courses, countries, universities, and visa processes.

You will follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins, schedule appointments for counselors, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi & regional languages preferred).
• Confidence in making cold/warm calls and handling client queries effectively.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Prior telecalling/customer service experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Prior experience in telecalling/customer service/education consultancy is a plus.
