Job summary

Grassroots Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking enthusiastic Tele Callers to support our Study Abroad division. You will make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, explain programs, and generate qualified leads.

You will schedule counselling appointments, follow up on enquiries, and maintain CRM records. The role demands clear English communication, basic computer skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, or Inside Sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Job Responsibilities

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, or Inside Sales.

Knowledge of regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, etc.) is an added advantage.
