Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, outbound calling, inside sales, or counselling.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to leads generated through online campaigns.
• Speak with students and understand their educational and career interests.
• Explain Sky Arenaa's courses, training programs, and career opportunities clearly.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
• Convince and encourage prospective students to attend the online counselling session.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Convert interested leads into counselling appointments/admissions.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Handle basic queries and coordinate with the counselling/admission team when required.
