Job summary

Globalkabir in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive outbound counsellor to engage prospective students and clients for overseas consultancy services. You will respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels, assess client backgrounds and goals, and guide them through services and application steps.

The role requires strong communication, a polite telephone manner, and the ability to manage multiple leads while updating CRM/Excel records and coordinating with the team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, Hindi and Telugu; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
• Previous telecalling, customer support, sales, or overseas consultancy experience is an advantage.
