Job summary

Envision Overseas Education Consultants LLP in Mumbai is seeking a Telecalling Executive to be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents. You will make outbound calls, explain overseas education services, and guide leads through steps from inquiry to appointment scheduling.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years of experience, good English/Hindi communication, and comfort with CRM tools and MS Office. Location is Lower Parel, Mumbai, with full-time/part-time options.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and regional languages preferred.
• Confidence in making cold/warm calls and handling client queries effectively.
• Basic listening and convincing abilities; familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain services.
• Provide accurate information on courses, countries, universities, and visas.
• Follow up with leads from campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Schedule appointments for education counselors.
• Maintain call records, lead status, and student information in CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach with clients and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain services related to overseas education.
• Understand student requirements and provide accurate information on courses, countries, universities, and visa processes.
• Follow up consistently with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Schedule appointments for education counselors.
• Maintain and update call records, lead status, and student information in the CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach with all clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
