Policybazaar in India is seeking an experienced Virtual Relationship Manager / Sales Executive for Commercial Insurance (Telesales). You will manage business client relationships, assess risk, and pitch tailored non-motor insurance solutions over the phone.

The role focuses on outbound calls to SMEs and corporate clients, end-to-end telesales—from lead gen to renewals—with a target to grow the portfolio and drive cross-selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Commercial Line / General Insurance telesales or outbound sales.
• In-depth understanding of Fire, Marine, Property, Liability, and SME insurance coverage.
• Proficient in B2B sales, cold calling, consultative selling, lead conversion, risk assessment, account management, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Sell Commercial Line products including Fire, Marine Cargo & Transit, Property & Asset Insurance, Group Health, and Liability.
• Conduct outbound calls to analyse coverage needs and present customized quotes.
• Handle end-to-end telesales: lead generation, cold calls, proposals, policy issuance, and renewals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and build long-term corporate relationships for cross-selling.

Seeking an experienced Telesales Professional / Virtual Relationship Manager to drive consultative sales for SME Commercial Lines. You will manage business client relationships, perform risk assessment, and pitch tailored non-motor commercial insurance solutions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Sales: Pitch and sell key Commercial Line products including Fire Insurance, Marine Cargo & Transit Insurance, Property & Asset Insurance, Group Health, and Liability policies.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct outbound sales calls to business accounts, SMEs, and corporate clients to analyze coverage needs and offer customized underwriting quotes.
• Pipeline Management: Handle end-to-end telesales operations from lead generation, cold calling, and objection handling to proposal submission, policy issuance, and renewals.
• Target & Portfolio Growth: Meet monthly sales revenue targets and build long-term corporate client relationships to drive repeat transactions and cross-selling.

Requirements & Keywords
