Job summary

You will generate leads, understand customer needs, and guide them towards visits and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Explain company services related to gold buying, gold valuation, and pledged gold release.
• Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into visits and transactions.
• Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the branch team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet visited the branch.
• Handle customer questions professionally and escalated complex issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain a proper database of customer information and follow-up status.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding leads and conversions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the interaction.
