Job summary

Capri Global Capital (CGCL) in Hyderabad invites dynamic sales professionals to join our outbound gold loan team. You will lead customer calls, explain product features and interest rates, and drive lead conversion with regular follow-ups.

You will collaborate with branch and sales teams to meet monthly targets, maintain call logs, and ensure timely disbursement. Prior telecalling or telesales experience in gold loan or banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC / Telecalling / Telesales preferred.
• Strong communication and target-driven approach.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for Gold Loan sales and lead generation.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into Gold Loan customers.
