Job summary

Integrated Kayakalp Global is seeking a patient support specialist to manage inbound/outbound communications about appointments, billing, and insurance. You will schedule and adjust patient appointments using EHR/CRM systems, provide accurate information on procedures and policies, and maintain confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA.

The role involves proactive follow-ups and patient education, using Epic or Cerner as needed.

Qualifications

• Assist with appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient education.
