Billed Right HealthCare Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Patient Calling representative to address patients' billing concerns, discuss accounts, and negotiate payment plans. The role requires clear communication and accuracy in handling payments and records.

Based in Chennai, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, review tickets, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues while maintaining patient courtesy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in inpatient calling.
• Experience in AR is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm with 90% accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Willingness to night shift timings EST/PST IST windows.
• 3+ years of inpatient calling experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal tickets and client queries.
• Process voicemails and inbound/outbound calls.
• Review patient tickets and route to appropriate team.
• Answer inbound calls and complete outbound calls as assigned.

ReportsTo: Asst. Manager (PatientCalling)

JobPurpose:

Patient calling representatives address patients' concerns about their accounts, help with billing issues and negotiate to collect unpaid debt. Their duties include creating payment plans and taking patients' payments. When a patient's account has an overdue balance,the patient account rep calls the patient to discuss recovering the payment.Good communication skills help working with patients and clearly explaining policies and details.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Should be responsible towork on internal tickets & tickets\queries received from Client.
• Should be responsible towork on Voice mails received on a daily basis apart from attending inbounds andoutbound calls.

Daily Routine

• Answer Inbound calls thatis being routed to his queue line
• Outbound calls if any tobe completed which was assigned by other Teams
• Review tickets frompatients and answer those and assign it to respective team if necessary.

Skillsand Competencies:

• Prior experience inpatient calling is mandatory.
• Experience in AR would be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 40 wpmand above with 90% accuracy.
• Good knowledge in MS excel and word.
• Flexible with Night shifttimings 8 AM to 5PM EST (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST) and 8 AM to 5 PM PST (8.30 PM to5.30 AM IST).
• Adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
• IMS & eCW softwareknowledge would be an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience inpatient calling.
