Job summary

The Association Of People With Disability (APD) is seeking a full-time Telecaller/Fundraiser in Bangalore North, Karnataka. The role focuses on acquiring individual donors through outbound calls, building relationships, and persuasive communication to grow the donor base and fundraising revenue.

Responsibilities include presenting APD’s programs, encouraging one-time and recurring donations, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with teams for smooth onboarding and reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or telecalling.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Donor Acquisition: Raise funds through outbound calls to prospective donors using qualified databases and present APD’s programs clearly.
• Communication Persuasion: Deliver compelling fundraising pitches and address donor queries to convert leads.
• Data Management: Maintain donor call records in CRM/Salesforce, log outcomes and follow-ups.
• Reporting Coordination: Share daily/weekly acquisition reports and coordinate with teams for donor onboarding and confirmations.

• Donor Acquisition
  • Raise Funds through outbound calls to prospective donors using qualified databases.
  • Present APDs work and programs clearly and convincingly.
  • Encourage one-time and recurring donations from individuals.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into active donors.
• Communication Persuasion
  • Deliver compelling fundraising pitches tailored to different donor segments.
  • Handle objections confidently and address donor queries with clarity.
  • Build trust and create a positive image of APD through every interaction.
• Data Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor call records in CRM/Salesforce.
  • Record call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up status regularly.
  • Tag data and update dispositions for reporting and analysis.
• Reporting Coordination
  • Share daily/weekly acquisition reports with team leads and managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure smooth donor onboarding.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to track donation confirmations.

Requirements
